Items from Hunar can be returned / exchanged within 7 days of delivery, in unused condition with original tags and packaging intact. No returns / exchanges are possible after 7 days, and we don't offer second exchanges. For damaged or incorrect items, please request an exchange on our website.

EXCHANGE POLICY
Product Accuracy and Quality Checks: Our goal is to make our product listings as accurate and informative as possible. Before being shipped, all items go through multiple quality tests to ensure they arrive in great condition.
Exchange Eligibility:
Domestic Orders Only: Exchanges are available only for orders within India.
Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn. They should be returned with all original packaging and tags.
Exchange Process:

For Returns / Exchange: Once we've received and carefully inspected your return/exchanged items, we will process the refund. We will send the refund amount to the bank account or UPI details that you will enter while raising the return/exchange request.
For Cancelled Orders:
- If the Order Has Not Been Dispatched - If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to the original payment source you used to pay for the order.
- If the Order Has Been Dispatched - Once your order has left our warehouse, we are unable to cancel it. In this case, we kindly request you to refuse the delivery when it arrives. The order will be returned to us, and as soon as it's back in our warehouse, we will process the full refund.
